Hi everyone! Matheus here!

This time i decide to build a large family house with a contemporary style, hope you guys enjoy! This house was inspired by the real life project with the same name, made by the architect group: Stuart Silk Architects.

First floor:
- Entrance area;
- Laundry room;
- Kids space;
- Dining area;
- Living room;
- Kitchen;
- Garage;
- Pantry room;
- Bathroom;
- Pool area.

Second floor:
- Living room with a piano;
- Master bedroom with a bathroom and a closet;
- Toddler bedroom with a bathroom;
- Teen bedroom with a bathroom.

This House can fit a 5 sims family.
