Oh my geez! Looking back over old builds and seeing the crazy insanity that I called a roof just kept bugging at me. I had to get my roof redemption!!! So here is my first redeemed lot.

3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Lanai, garage (of course decor only), lots of cool platforms, en suite with a unique layout and his/her walk in dressing closets, huge fountain and party deck area.

40x40 Lot - I used the Hecking Lot in Brindleton Bay.

I used 4 CC items: 2 of them my own, and 2 from another creator. If you dont want to use the items, they'll just be replaced in the lot by default base game items when you place the lot.
