Today I present to you a creation that has been sitting in my game since April 2015, when I last made uploads for TS2...

The reason that I failed to upload it with the others is because I couldn't think of a name for it and was having too much fun playing in a copy of it.

Flash forward almost 6 years and I am suddenly struck with an idea for naming it... I simply name it after the town that inspired it, Redlands, California, and thus it gained a name and was ready for upload.

Initially I intended to make it a purely Craftsman style home, but then the Victorian kind crept in so it ended up as more of a mongrel than a pedigree, but I very much enjoy it that way.

Lot Info:
Built with the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection, the house sits on a 3 by 4 lot costing 176,287 simoleons. As I mentioned earlier a copy of the lot has been play-tested in my own game with a small family and no issues or glitches were encountered apart form the roof clipping in through some of the bedroom ceilings, but this was quickly rectified when I remembered I could hide the roofs.
I apologize for the quality of the upload pics, I'd forgotten what an ordeal it was to take them on my pc!
