ABOUT THE HOUSES
Here's 15 houses that use the Bespoke Build Set. They have some starter furnishings, lights, alarms and a phone. There are no skill builders or decorations and next to no landscaping - these are not decked out dream houses. But care and attention was paid to the builds, the layouts, how they look in neighborhood view and there's a nice mix of prices.

The lots were built in AGS (BG, NL, OFB, SSN) and have never been occupied but were compressed/cleaned of Sim references anyway (as that seems to be the new best practice)? I'm not sure but I did it anyway. One Exception: House 13, Flagstone Cloverdale, was packaged in my full game & requires all expansion & stuff packs.

ABOUT THE CC
I tried to use different combinations/colors from the Bespoke Build set on these - even the ones I don't particularly like - for varieties sake but I don't know that that was the best decision looking at the collage of houses together. But you can recolor these to your hearts content. And that was one of the reasons for uploading - so they can be used as a mini guide for the Bespoke Build Set and to give people a quick way to play around with the set without having to build anything.

You don't need the CC if you just want the houses. The lots are covered in Bespoke Build Set deco ('cause that was the point) but if you don't have the cc installed the only things that get replaced with a Maxis object are the doors and windows. There's no mess of random objects to clean up. You can swap out the doors and windows and slap on some paint and get a nice enough looking house (in my opinion) with Maxis content or your favorite cc in a few minutes.

Note: If your last expansion pack is higher than Seasons the roof trims won't be attached to the roof. They'll still be positioned properly and will hide in cutaway view so nothing needs to be done. But if you pick up the trim pieces with the hand tool and let them re-attach the trims will go down with the roof like they should instead of just the walls. (If I would have known this before I started I probably would have just built these in my full game but it is what it is.)
