EDIT: Updated so furnished price works for starter home. Also reduced # of packs required. IP required only for all-in-one bathroom; the one from Into the Future or Movie Stuff could be substituted.

Like most people, I'm obsessed with tiny homes. King_Deadly's new mobile home set inspired me to create this "trailerable" cabin.

This rustic timbered tiny home sleeps two sims, and is fully functional, although they will sometimes get in each other's way... which is accurate to real tiny homes.








This is a regular Sims building, and not movable.
