Love a good tiny home. Inspired by King_Deadly's mobile home set. I wanted to get in a second storey without it being too tall to appear trailerable.

This sleek and modern, but homely tiny home sleeps one sim in a bedroom loft, and is fully functional, Seating for four, so friends can come over.





This is a regular Sims building, and not movable.
