So, way up on the cliffs is where you'll find this beauty!  Vaulted ceilings in the open living space.  Lots of ceiling to floor windows allow the daylight to shine through this house!  Modern concept floor plan.  The views from the front landing area as well as the back patio are exquisite!  The landscaping is abound in colorful tall reaching florals and lovely greenery.  The surrounding cliffs carve out this villas throne.

**ABOUT CC USED** - The CC used in this build is my creations and the links are provided if you wish to use them.  However, none of the CC is required for the build to function.  The CC is mainly decor which all can be replaced in game by other similar items.**  I've added a no CC file for those that dont want default Maxi's items to replace the CC.  

BUT!!  The CC is very cool and makes the build different!  But, it's up to you if you would like to use the CC (links are provided.)
