This XML tuning mod tweaks the radius of the crying baby moodlet to make it less intrusive.

When outside, the crying baby moodlet is applied to sims within 4 tiles of the baby instead of 10 tiles.

As the images show, Yumi Sekemoto can still hear that Sam Sekemoto is crying.

(Buzzler's Mood Hotfix /w Harder Mood Flavour is shown, but the moodlet's strength is unchanged.)
