I did use the Oasis kit in this.
I used a couple of new terrain paints, which I did that you can find linked. You don't need them if you'd rather use defaults.
Other CC was used for the angled windows - from Peacemaker's Vaulted Ranch Modern build set. If you prefer EA windows, just use whichever you'd like.
**NOTE** - Please turn testingcheats on, bb.moveobjects on, bb.ShowHiddenObjects, bb.ShowLiveEditObjects, BEFORE PLACING THIS LOT.
