~~~ Minimal CC with Honeywell's Bespoke Build Set ~~~
The floor plan comes from SDC Houseplans. It is a classic "Cape Cod"/"Bay" style house with a LOT of room for a big and growing family. The brochure says, it was "featured in the March 2007, issue of Coastal Living magazine. This larger family home has a great formal space plus a large gathering, kitchen and informal dining space. The second floor allows for expansion over the garage."
Please enjoy touring the inside of this property by scrolling through the above pictures.
This house is furnished with all EA/Maxis furniture (Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game!). All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove, grill, and both fireplaces have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. Each level has a telephone.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for four vehicles: two in the garage, and two on the driveway. I highly recommend invisi-fying the driveway so you can see the pavers.
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need.
Definitely used but NOT included:
Get these items if you want the house to look exactly as shown in the pictures.
- The shake siding is from the Lifestyle Build Bundle. (If you followed that link, it's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY)
- HugeLunatic's Shower Tile add-ons
- Sophie-David's Invisible Driveway - so the pavered driveway looks right.
You will also need to get:
- The Bespoke Build Set MASTER file by Honeywell/MTS2 - ...without this the Bespoke items will flash blue
- Unlevel Wall - #90 by Numenor @ MTS2
Some people weren't sure how to install this wall... Click the info button below to see how I did it
(NOTE: If you decide NOT to use Numenor's Wall #90, you will have 2 sections of wonky/crooked walls where the garage joins the main house. This will not hurt your game, it just looks ugly. It is completely avoidable by using Numenor's Unlevel Wall.)
Custom Content Included
- Bespoke Build Set items by Honeywell/MTS2
- Honeywell's CounterDummy (used in the Master Bathroom)
- Numenor's Recolorable Wooden Stairs
- Just Moi's Light Wood Recolor of Numenor's Wooden Stairs
- IngeJones' Stair Walls
- Windkeeper's White Looping Fence
- DebbieDidIt's Columbine Recolors of Armiel's Fences
Lot Size: 4X5
Lot Price (furnished): $185,976
Standard mods I use that are not necessary, nor included - but were probably used whilst building/photo-ing/prepping this house for upload...
I use Deastrumquodvicis' Roof Shader for brighter roofs
And, HW/Honeywell's A Little Greyer: Roof Trim Defaults
Maranatah's White Wall Top texture replacement
Moo's Turn On/Off Lights
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
Gunmod's Radience Lighting System, which is installed with the Scriptorium (which is necessary for installing CC stairs.)
HugeLunatic's Sweet Down Low Tweaked + for the ability to shift things up/down on a wall without darkening the item!
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror.
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!
NOTE: Sweet Down Low Tweaked + sometimes causes pictures, curtains, shelves, and ceiling lights to 'jump' out of place when you first install a lot. You can click the item to put it back in place. The 'jumping' is a side-effect of the mod. It won't affect your game at all (other than the inconvenience of things being initially out of place *sigh*)
