> I took away the "hill" this was sitting on. To me, it looked like it was built on top of the septic tank drain field (If you live in lower elevation areas, like most of Florida - where I am, it is standard practice to raise the drain field or else it won't drain ) Anyway... it's not a good idea to build anything on top of said "field"!

I tried to keep the same "feel" - just make it a little more usable, especially for a family.
I'd love to make this a Home Business for a pilot who gives helicopter rides - is that even possible? In my imagination, it is!


This upload is a copy of the lot - no sim has set foot on this lot. There is a smoke alarm, burglar alarm, phone, computer, and everything else your sim will need - it is move-in ready
