While I was on a break from uploading lots and housing, I noticed that a lot of houses out there are built and furnished for families (couples, children, etc.), and that there was a gap in the market for housing for single Sims and housemates. Thus, I have returned to Shields Road with some houses for your singletons.


119 Shields Road is a 2BR 1BA country starter house furnished for two. The two housemates share a bedroom upstairs, and you can easily fit in a third housemate in the spare room downstairs. The house comes with the basics, a couple of hobby items, a spacious back garden, and room for a driveway or two.
