Outside my comfort zone for sure, but I tried my hand at a modern mansion for my scientist sim.
It's 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
A bit on the pricey side but going green is not cheap.
Looks best on the Yuma Heights lot across from the landgraab's mansion.
