New Bark Town from Pokemon Heartgold and Pokemon Soulsilver (NO-CC)

This is something that has been 90% complete for A LONG TIME but i finally finished it and I'm ready to share it with you all!
Start your Johto journey with this nice set of apartments that recreates the feel of the best pokemon remake ever made!

Stylistic choices during creation
I must say I felt guilty of spamming trees in that way, as it creates a very "square" feeling to the lot. But in the end, I guess that's how old pokemon towns felt like so this is an appropriate and maybe a little nostalgic feeling.

While building the town, it occurred to me something I should have already known from my experience with other lots (namely, Under Junon from FFVII). RPGs SUCKS at making decent and/or realistic interiors for houses. This meant that while I wanted to recreate the interiors as they were in Pokemon Heartgold/Soulsilver, I realized it was impossible.
I came in front of a choice: either make this lot playable or use move objects to place objects in a way that could resemble the original interiors. But if I chose the latter, this would have meant not having bathrooms, not having bedrooms in some of the houses and let's not even speak of the professor's lab. Oh god, that was a challenge. I had to split it up in two separate apartments, but the end results are quite nice, I think.

The exterior came very close to what the original town looks like in Pokemon and I think this is one of the few instances where wind turbines are present in every house, so it's also very ecologic!

Conclusions

The apartments are small, so I wouldn't reccomend using 8 sim families, but if you want your single sim to experience life in nature, or if you want your elder widow to experience a calm breath of fresh air before the reaper comes, this is the best place for you!

Also, if you have... for example... a mod that makes NPCs have italian names, your landlord could be named Giovanni ahahahah
