Hello! This is my 50th download and one year as a creator on Mod The Sims so...I want to thank you all for so much for downloads and nice comments, I would never expect such a big amount of fans of my buildings <3 I really wanna do even more creative builds and be a part of the community. Lots and love and expect more stuff from me soon! <3

And about the build - I wanted to create something special, so I build a huge arabic style villa. It's contemporary and traditional at the same time and the exterior is mostly monochromatic. The interior has some blue, brown and red accents. Everything is embelished very precisely. There's a lot of mosaics, vases, romantic lanterns and a touch of greenery which contrasts with sandy landscape. It's gonna match well with my first moroccan build (made a long time ago). This House has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there's a beautiful, decorated courtyard and an indoor pool area. It's quite expensive (325 662 simoleons) Hope you'll like it and have a nice day <3
