This is a small pet store I created for sims who enjoy running businesses alongside enjoying time with their furry friends. I have included a pool tile for those using Voille's Pond & Sea Water Overhaul.. It is on a 2x2 lot at just under 54,000 simoleons. There are several shelves featuring objects from The Sims 2 Pets, a small area for pets to lounge in the beds (don't let them lounge too long :P), a cat and dog adoption cradle, a bird cage, hamster cage and an outdoor area where sims can buy a doghouse along with a seating area. Not the fanciest build but it would make a great addition to any shopping district! Hope you enjoy. <3
