This is: House No. 9
2-Step Foundation (Made with the Grid-Adjuster.)
3 Bed/2 Bath/Garage
Front Porch
Mostly UNfurnished - 1 CC (the chimneyless fireplace)
AND - You will need Numenor's Unlevel Wall #90

These floor plans came from this book: Popular Home's Ideas Galore : how to build, buy, modernize and decorate.
Found on the Internet Archive.

This lot is mostly UNfurnished. (Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game!). Plumbing and lighting are included. As are fire alarms, a burglar alarm, and telephone.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever been here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

This house has a 2-step foundation - so if you want to allow large dogs inside, they are going to need Simler90's Stair Mods to be able to access the 2-Step foundation.

USED but NOT included:
Get this if you want the lot to look exactly as shown in the pictures.
- HugeLunatic's Backless Tub/Shower
- I invisified the driveway with Sophie-David's Invisible Driveway

...And, you will need Numenor's Unlevel Wall #90 - it fixes the wonky CFE'd walls around the garage door and attic bedrooms.

One Custom Content Included
- Mia86's Chimney-less Colonial Fireplace

Lot Size: 20X40
Lot Price: $48,148

Standard mods I use that are not necessary, nor included - but you might want:
Deastrumquodvicis' Roof Shader for brighter roofs
Honeywell's A Little Greyer: Roof Trim Defaults
Maranatah's White Wall Top texture replacement
Moo's Turn On/Off Lights
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
Gunmod's Radience Lighting System, which is installed with the Scriptorium (which is necessary for installing CC stairs)
Lamare's Shiftable Everything
Gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!
