I couldn't find a version of this that wasn't abandoned or outdated.

Makes Vampire Energy decay at the same rate as human energy. No more no less.

Overrides commodity_Motive_Visible_Vampire_Power

Last updated as of patch 1.105.345.1020. If it stops working at some point in the future message me and I'll get it fixed.
