Vampire Power/Energy Decay

When I finaly turned my main sim into a Vampire I was surprised that Vampire Power is not decaying. First I thought it is broken by some mod. But no. I do not like to use Vampiric powers a lot, so there is no way for my Vampire to loose Power so he can sleep properly by day time. I've found that Vampire Power was not supposed to decay by the design... Hence this mod.



2 versions:
Use only one at a time.

1: Vampire_Power_Decay_Thirst - It decays same rate as Thirst.
2: Vampire_Power_Decay_Energy - It decays same rate as human sim Energy(little bit faster than Thirst)

File edited:

It will conflict with any mod changimg this file.
