This is a small rustic style A-Frame Home on a large lot with plenty of outside space. I built it on the 50X50 Lot in Mt. Komorebi so I could have a snowy lot for Christmas. It has a pool, hot tub and hot springs as well as various outdoor furnishings. The Christmas decorations are sparse because as always I do not have custom content other than a few mods that make my game play easier (these are not included in the file). Happy Holidays. This lot includes the free Holiday Celebration Pack.

I added 2 new files on smaller 40X30 lots

Christmas Cheer No Snow - This is basically the same as Christmas Cheer but no snow and on a smaller lot with fewer trees.

A-Frame. This is also basically the same lot as Christmas Cheer but a smaller lot, no snow, no Christmas decorations (I replaced the decorations with pictures etc. in the house and seating on the front deck.) and fewer trees.

I added these for the simmers that do not like snow for Christmas and the simmers who celebrate the holidays in a different manner.

I also added a few screen Shots.
