All sims in the culinary career can now show up as bartenders!

This mod doesn't require you to set any special flags for your own sims to show up in the bartender role instead of townies.
Instead, sims in the culinary career are automatically selected. If they live in the region, they'll show
up as your bartender. This also allows you to meet them during a workday in the culinary career.

If there are no sims in the culinary career in the region, the game will still choose an unimportant townie bartender.
These sims will be enrolled in the culinary career, and you'll be able to meet them at work.

Note that the sim will still need a minimum Mixology skill level of 3 to show up (a normal game requirement).
Active household sims will still go to work normally (via "rabbithole"), where they'll now have a much larger set of coworkers
to meet. They won't show up at the bar while active, but can show up again when you switch to a different
household.
