Golden Goddess Statue & Altar (Requires For Rent OR Spa Day)

Confirmed working for latest patch 1.118.257 (Adventure Awaits).

I can finally show you guys what I've been working on for (checks notes) 40+ hours! This is my most ambitious project to date, and my first attempt at making an object with multiple geometry states. There are two versions of this item: one of them requires For Rent, and the other requires Spa Day. They are similar in appearance and function, with some minor differences. More on this below.

The Golden Goddess Altar has a number of possible interactions, available to Children, Teens, YAs, Adults, and Elders:



• Honor the Goddess: your Sim will approach the altar and bow to the Goddess. This yields a custom happy moodlet. The bow animation differs between versions, but the result is the same.
• Ask for Monetary Blessing: seeing as she is a Prosperity Goddess, your Sim can beg for money, and She will grant them as little as §1 or as much as §250. Sims can take this action once per day.
• Donate to Less Fortunate: assuage your guilt with charity! Sims who donate have a 30% chance of receiving an Energized moodlet that covers them in gold sparkles (if you have Cottage Living installed, your Sim will also gain Golden Pulse powers). If you have Parenthood and/or Get Famous installed, your Sim will receive an Empathy and/or Reputation boost. Sims can take this action once per day.
• Leave Incense/Light Incense: In its default state, the For Rent version of the altar has no incense present; Sims can approach the altar and fill the receptacles, at which point the incense sticks will appear. The Spa Day version already has the incense placed; your Sim merely lights the sticks.
• Leave Fruit: This interaction is only available on the For Rent version of the statue (the Spa Day version has fruit present by default). Your Sim will approach the altar, and fruit will appear on the pedestal in a puff of sparkles.
• Study for Historical Insights: available to those who have Jungle Adventure installed.

As with any piece of cc that employs custom tuning, the statue interactions may break after a major update. Keep this (and other items like it) in a separate folder, so that if you start getting errors, the likely culprits are all in one place. Have fun, and please comment if you like this!
