This 6 bedroom 4 bathroom modern home is perfect for multi-generational living. Featuring vaulted ceilings in the living room, stair well, and garage. There is a bonus room splitting off one of the upstairs bedrooms (above the garage) for hobbies, a play space, or sleepovers! The driveway and garage pads are functional, there is space for up to 4 cars. Enjoy a proper chef's kitchen and open concept dining/living room area complete with plant corner.

There is a space upstairs for a laundry room, see recommended mod below if you want to make use of that feature, otherwise it would be a 5th bathroom

Similarly, the hedges are in rows 2 or 3 deep so I would recommend a mod to fix gardening routes so your sims can ensure the hedges stay clean.

Cheats were used to build the garage as at ground (while the house sits on a foundation) but are not required to play the lot (tested). Mailbox and trash can have been moved to new locations for ease of use.
