A very playable and comfortable bungalow for large families: 4 - 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, library, fireplace, swimming pool, green house, drive way & garage.

Starter furnished so you can just move your sims in and start playing!



The mail box you can see in the picture is not included in the download package. It's from Simgedoehns , should you want it (look under Misc).






I've tested the house in my game with a family of 8 sims and it was just perfect for them.
