ABOUT
Five packages overriding seasonal effects/textures: Rain particles to have an actual texture to them instead of being sticks, less intense snowflakes, pond ice texture to finally be seamless and larger chunked to somewhat match off-lot water ice, and fall leaves that build up on lots to match off-lot leaves, redone window frost texture with more variation to it whilst keeping that painterly look.

Won't need updates like ever. Every override is separated for preference.
