Maybe it's not the most modern mansion on the market, but since the '80s, it has been upgraded with modern lighting and a uniquely shaped pool with a free-form edge.
This build, in addition to offering 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, includes:

- a car gallery
- a gym
- a double-height ceiling in the dining and living room
- a pool with a jacuzzi
- a dressing room
- a laundry room
- a study
- a sauna
- a TV room
- a spacious kitchen
- a nursery
- 2 garden pavilions (one with a piano)
- 2 flexible rooms you can use however you like
- 2 rooftop terraces



The lot was playtested. Furnished only with Maxis objects. During the building, I used terrain paint and bedding replacements. To place some items, I used the Shiftable Everything mod.
