This beautifully designed lot is a recreation of an original sims 4 build by Marmelad, adapted for The Sims 3. Featuring a gas station, dinner and convenience store, this lot is perfect for Strangetown.
I tried to use as many base game objects as possible but I highly recommend you use store items to take it to the next level.
