Have you been looking for a place to take your honey that will impress her with your sense of romance and cultural development? One that won't break your wallet?
Then take her down to this lovely little park for a candllit concert!

Is your band looking for a new place to practice? The Bandshell provides instruments, seating and a beautiful, candlelit stage for your use!

The bandshell also has a tree-shaded grilling and picnic area, as well as restrooms.
The lot was built at 99 Landgraab Ave., Sunset Valley, but will fit on any 30x30 lot.
Price is 54,692 furnished and 32,997 unfurnished.
No CC was used in the lot. I have BaseGame 1.24.3.012001, and every EP and SP up to and including Town Life Stuff (9.0.73.012001), so the lot was built with game versions: 1.24.3 / 2.14.4 / 3.10.4 / 4.7.4 / 5.5.4 / 6.2.4 / 7.3.2 / 8.0.152 / 9.0.73. I have avoided using any of latest stuff, but some content from Late Night (fence and musical instruments) is included. If you do not have that EP, the look of the bandshell will be drastically altered! That means you must have Late Night!
The cheats "moveobjects on" and "constrainfloorelevation false" were used during building. These will only affect you if you move a tree (and can no longer put it back) or you attempt to alter the shell structure with anything other than recoloring.
Feel free to redecorate to suit your own taste or to add some snazzy CC!
