Hello there!

I decided to renovate this lot in Willow Creek and keep its essence, although I did make a lot of changes in the interior. I thought it was so big inside that, in the end, I turned it into 3 units, each one with one bedroom only. This build is completely base game, except for the mailbox that I used the one for 3 units that came in For Rent. If you wanna use this lot for a big family living in "separate houses" without the For Rent pack, just replace the mailbox for a base game one.
