This is an apartment, not a house.
This doesn't have any Custom Content (had to remove downloads folder)

This is a beautiful single story standalone apartment. i don't know why, this has never happened to me before. (maybe its because i always play with mods) but i couldn't seem to place the vehicle on the driveway inside. (dunno why it works like that when the place rents fine despite having a back door.)

but through experimenting i did find a small fix for it.
if you're having issues placing a vehicle, note that a vehicle can still be placed, simply place it inside the apartment and have them try to use it and it will pop into the driveway where it should be and they could use normally it like it's there own. (I included some images to see how it's done)







I play with homes like this all the time. think of it as more bills to pay without the annoying neighbors.
