I noticed an odd bit of color at the ragged hem of this tank top. I realized it was actually a Sim's skin texture. The UV of the mesh extends past the texture of the tank top. I was able to adjust it and get rid of the extant skin texture.

This mod will work as an override, so Paka'a Uha should be covered too. No idea when this showed up in the game, but I swear it wasn't aways there.
