This Lot offers a fairly big Grocery Store that offers everything a Sims Heart could desire. It has a Storage, Employee Lounge, a small Office, an employee Bathroom, Public Toilets and a secret Homeless Area. This Area is offered as a Challenge for you to play your Sims Life on a Lot. The Sim can survive on that Lot theoretically.
