Joe McHaggis has 20 years of institutional cooking experance thanks to SimCity Prison. Rumor has it that Joe did those 20 years for killing a man and serving him up at a Bar-B-Q, but most folks know that Joe started that rumor himself to put an end to complants about his cooking. Joe's Diner's clame to fame is mainly do to all the truckers who frequent his dingy establishment. Tho everyone suspects the teamsters only eat there because the local roads are to bad to drive a truck any further into town. Joe's Diner is also situated acrost the road from the Lazzy 8-Ball Motel and he gets a small kickback for alowing the working girls to pick up Johns at the Diner.
