The Water Thai House on 5x5 lot (Need Uni.)

Reun Waree, the water house, is the upgrade version of my previous Ruen Thai (unfortunately I've deleted it). I built this wooden Thai house above a pond with some water lilies. The house is devided into four small houses and three pavilions. The left hand and the right hand house contains four bedrooms and two bathrooms each, totally eight bedrooms and four bathrooms. Small recreational verandas are connected with the bedrooms. The front house contains a living room with a plasma television and a recreation room with a sterio set and a pool table. The back house contains a kitchen (there's a stove but it's invisible in the preview picture) with dining area and a study room with a piano, a chess table and a drawing frame. At the middle of the house is a multipurpose pavilion with a fountain and two big trees at the ground level (see the pictures). There are also two more pavilions at the front and the back of the whole house.

This one is almost fully furnished, just a little bit decorations left for you to do as you wish, as well as object recoloring if you don't like what I've done. Totally the price is 291,876. I built this lot, and all my creations that will follow, in normal neighborhood, so there should be no problem concerning university mode.

For those who prefer 2x2 lots: please wait for a moment since I'm now planning what to do, maybe until Night Life releases. Also I have so many things to do in my tourist guide training program that I might not have time to create something new. I wish I can pass all the exams and become a tourist guide. :D
