I Hope everyone isn't getting burnt out on nursery sets,seems I am hooked on making them. All Objects are recolors of Maxis originals, made with SimPE and paintshop pro. This set is Ballerina Babies and includes:

Crib frame and bedding
changetable
potty
toybox
curtains
hanginglight
3 pictures
Canopy Bedframe
single bedframe
Bedding for both
Dresser
nitestand
bookcase
desk
desk chair
Reading Chair
3 floors and 3 wall coverings

Thanks to all who have made object recoloring and New object creation possible. and also thanks to everyone here who posted tutorials. without which I could not be making these. Enjoy!
