I made this house following the tutorial from mikeinside. This house cost $99,907 and it is fully unfurnished except for the hot tub. The pool in the back is also extra deep so your sims can swim underwater. That does not affect them from getting in and out of the pool. It also includes a secret hot tub area all the way in the back left corner. It is 3 stories high and the pool is accessible from the second floor.
