This one is good. One of my favorites.
It has an indoor Pool. (basement)
It also has 3 bedroom's and 3 bath's, a game room and a sitting room.

The house is fully furnished, but not decorated. (i'm not good at that part).

No custom content anywhere in the house. (i move my downloads folder before I start building something I plan for upload)
