New Mesh - Rather lumpy Arabic or Medieval Dress

I'm not sure I have this in the right place....I see a place for body meshes and clothing recolors but not for new clothing meshes....if this is the wrong place, please let me know.
Here by request is a dress for an Islamic, middle-eastern, Arabic or Medieval woman. It is rather lumpy, but that is as it should be since its purpose is to cover and disguise the female form (and here in the same category as big-boobed teenagers and the like! Scandalous!)
The dress goes very well (in fact much better) with the Islamic or Medieval headcovering I have just uploaded in the New Hair Mesh section.

8/18/05 fixed neck gap: if you re-download, the file name is the same and should overwrite the previous file more...
