This unfurnished two bedroom, two bath yellow cottage is perfect for an established sim. The house features a generous kitchen area, a large living area, and two bedroom suites with private baths. The inital price of 26,100 simoleans takes it out of the starter range, but is perfect for a second home.

The house was built on a 3x3 lot. It was originally built before any EPs were installed, but it was packaged with both EPs installed. Although no EP content was used to build this house, it may still require both EPs to work. I will change the compatibility if it is shown that the house will work w/o the EPs.

Contains no custom content or recolors.

This house has been checked with the Clean Installer program and is guaranteed hack free.
