"Country Chic" - double story with wrap around porch.

Hi everyone,

Today's addition is called "Country Chic". Its build on a 4x4 lot, double story, attached garage and features a wrap around porch. Uni. & NL EP required.
Fully furnished, decorated and landscaped version cost $255,208.00 and unfurnished version cost $109,323.00. I'm trying out a variety of styles. This one is like a country style. I hope I do it justice.

As you enter the house, the study is located to the right; on the left is a formal dinning room with build in fireplace and a large gourmet kitchen. The living room or great room also has a build in fireplace. Exterior features a wrap around porch which surrounds the house on three sides, a backyard with ample space for entertainment and a spa and feature pool.

The three bedrooms upstairs all have their own ensuite. There is also a nursery which share access to a bathroom.

There are custom walls and floors and they are by these talented artists:-

There are no recoloured or custom objects.
This house has been checked with the Clean Installer program version 1.5.1.4 and should be hack free.
