Teri Hatcher as Susan Mayer on Desperate Housewives.
She was a very difficult sim, I'm still not completely satisfied because I could not find a hair mesh that was similar to her real hair and I think she'd look much better if I had one (hint hint) LOL. Also the sim looks a little younger than she does but no biggy.
