The new rebuilt house of Susan Mayer (Teri Hatcher) from “Desperate Housewives” - decorated and furnished to perfection so it’s identical to that on the show. The house features a kitchen, living room/dining room/art studio, bedroom with en-suite, garage, large garden and 5 spare rooms.

- boolProp SnapObjectsToGrid false
- boolProp Allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true
- roofslopeangle 33 (if re-applied in the game, a small gap may appear in the back roof. To fix it, simply rebuild the back roof again.

Instructions
1. Open "Mayer House.sims2pack" and install.
2. Then extract the "Karlik-NosWhiteTrimRoof.package" to your Downloads folder - for some reason it doesn't get put in the .Sims2Pack file!

Notes
- The first time I tested the house, none of the custom objects showed up! If this happens to you, simply bulldoze the house and reinstall it.
- To get rid of the shadow on the front of the house, simply erase the small wall behind the sloped roof which sits in front of the two first-floor windows
