Well uhm I'm a very simple person. I like old fashioned things, and in some of my creations I'm working on currently you can tell fairly easy by the basic style and the custom content in those homes. I only create homes it is what I enjoy most. I hardly play the game as a family, we bought AL about 3 days after it came out and I'm working now on making apartment buildings. Anyways, my policies are pretty simple. I do NOT want my creations uploaded onto a pay site, and I don't want them uploaded onto MTS2 without MAJOR changes and without credit to me as the original designer before any changes were made. Other than that you can do what you please, but if I feel you have taken my creation and tweaked it slighty then you are calling it your own without giving me any credit, I'll let you know what I think, and we can discuss it before I decide what or if I'm going to do anything. Thats it, enjoy my creations OH I DO take suggestions and will complete them as close to your suggestion as possible and then will send the finished product after approval on MTS2 to you via PM
