~Note~ The kitchen is fairly small, but it is completely furnished with top of the line appliances including dishwasher and trash compactor. Also there are smoke detectors and phones already placed. Phones are placed in MANY places throughout the home. On another note, there IS room to expand if you'd like, on the decking outside and in the home itself. There is NO custom content so you can delete walls or add to the decking or rearrange things as long as you have the required expansion packs, you can get paint for a new wall to match the old, add more decking if you'd like.
