Any mod that I upload on modthesims is completely free. Whenever I create or update new mods I normally post them on my patreon first, simply because its easier. So if you're looking for more mods or updated ones check that out.

Creation Policies:
1. You can modify any of the mod files for personal use.
2. You can upload modified version of mods as long as you're not charging for it or receiving ad revenue.
3. If you do upload a modified version I would like to be given credit but it isn't necessary.
4. If you create something that's completely new, you don't have to give credit.
