Hello! I'm a builder for Sims 2. I generally work from floor plans. If you have a floor plan you'd like to see in the sims, send me a PM and maybe we can work something out!

My main neighbourhood is desert terrain, but most of my uploads have grassy gardens so they will fit in with whatever terrain you prefer.
