My Policies:

I'm in the process of trying to fix my laptop, but in the meantime my other one has the base game and almost all the expansion packs, so I continue to build. Expect some new stuff soon!

Also, if you happen to have any of my older uploads that were lost in the server crash, can you help me out? Please and thanks!

I Don't have any... if you want to download the house, and repaint and furnish everything, more power to you. Just don't claim it as your own entirely.

I know the bedrooms are a bit small, but that's how I normally build my houses; I recommend downloading the Inaccessible bed back, at Sims Logical, which is here. You can place the beds against the walls, but both sides will be usable, although the animations are a bit wonky. It's what I normally use, which explains bedroom sizes in my houses.
DO NOT UPLOAD ON THE EXCHANGE, AND CLAIM IT AS YOUR OWN. If you use the house in an album, just shoot me a PM letting me know, mmkay? =D.
This may not be possible, but I plan on uploading at least one new thing every week.
