Hmm, my Graphics Rules has a later editing date than everything around it, so it looks like I did something to it.

The graphics rules file is a complex configuration file for helping the game figure out the graphical limitations of the computer. It's very out of date now, since hardware and video cards are very different than they were in 2004-2008, so with the default graphics rules file the game will just assume it's running a toaster and give you toaster graphics. GRM allows you to change the configuration so that it doesn't do that. If you misconfigure the file, it can cause graphical issues.
