Default WCIF More Expensive Lot Prices?
In The Sims 2, apartments are often more expensive than building a house on an empty lot, especially with mods like Higher Apartment Bills. That feels completely unrealistic since there's no reason for Sims to start in a small apartment and save up for a house. So, i'm simply looking for a Sims 2 version of the mod below:

If there's nothing like that then I'd appreciate any suggestions on how you would approach this issue or what other mods you can suggest.

Thanks in advance.

I don't know of anything like what you're looking for, but if you want your sims to not be able to afford a house from start out, then try no20Khandout from here. http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/s.../topic,8.0.html

It makes sims who leave home take only a portion of the household funds instead of getting a free 20K.

In Monopoly Game Town, d_dgjdhh made Milburn Pennybags' Green House fantastically expensive by packing the attic full of expensive (and appreciating) artworks and antiques!

I couldn't understand how the house cost so much, until I saw what Milburn had stashed away in his loft.

All Sims are beautiful -- even the ugly ones.

I'd suggest making a clone of a original Maxis object and change the purchase price to the maximum allow (32k) and then use the moveobjects cheat to place multiple of them inside each other. It'll look like one object, but will inflate the price of the lot.

Previously known as HarVee. Just call me Yin from now on.
