I wonder if the nanny uses the same behaviour code as "ask to watch kids"?

Seems to be roughly the same but copied into "Controller - Apartment Nanny" so modifying the NPC won't modify Apartment Nanny automatically.

The "Apartment Nanny" is just what the game calls the butler. Ask to watch kids doesn't create a new NPC.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before (probably has), and it wasn't while I was playing, but earlier I was watching an episode of Fantasy Island and part of this man's fantasy was to date twins, and the ladies he was trying to get with were named...
*drumroll, please*

Nina and Dina!

Not sure if this is where their names came from, but perhaps one of the devs was watching said episode while working on the game and thought "Hey, that works!"

As for the man's name: sadly, it wasn't Don, which would've been waay too perfect, but the twins' names definitely caught my attention

If two Sims autonomously queue up a photobooth woohoo (with ACR), impossible to cancel it. It x's out but it continues anyways.

I also find it funny how if you cancel "Relax" from one sim, the other one will still go to the bed and get naked. I'm like "where are you going" they're hoping until the last second.

Do they get n*ked to relax? That would be a discovery.

It's an ACR thing lol. Some Sims switch to underwear and some to naked when they autonomously relax on a bed/couch to woohoo. I usually stick a double-bed in the main area of a dorm because it's funny to see everyone reacting

I think it depends on how outgoing the sims are - shy sims won't, except if there are other mods involved.

I'm not an expert in woohoo by any means. But as much as I've seen it in films, clothes are removed as part of the process, not beforehand. Whenever I hear this mod mentioned, it always does a weird thing, like xxx between illogical pairings.

My sims get n_ked during woohoo and may stay n_ked depending on the personality and lot type or visitor status. Usually they get dressed.

Why are you censoring "naked?" It's a perfectly straightforward word and this isn't Tiktok.

There's a lot of variation in the degree and timing of removing clothing for sex in real life, but you've only got so many animations to work with in sims. I have never successfully whirled around and done a complete clothing change right before heading out the door, either, though to be fair I can get dizzy by bending over to take clothes out of the dryer so maybe my experience isn't universal there.

Ugly is in the heart of the beholder.

Alright. The internet seems to be increasingly risky these days, and an AI might send me to SexySims and verify my identity with "Persona". I've been called out for saying "unalive" when discussing Skyrim elsewhere. So much stuff is getting removed for policy violation.

I "discovered" break dancing yesterday since I don't play Apartments. It looked surprisingly goofy compared to dancing in a nightclub with backflips, as if I was missing a skill. I expected a breakdancer to spin on the floor and similar athletic moves. But he walked like his neck was broken.

I also found that it is impossible to reach skill 10 by regular dancing because global 4AE only counts up to 9. One needs to slow dance to raise the skill.

Nobody's getting removed here for spelling complete words, though. Never comply in advance. Behave and speak in a normally courteous way and you'll be fine. Euphemisms actually make sites less safe, because it makes content filtering useless, so if a site does censor you for spelling out words, it's time to reconsider whether you even want to be there.

"Unalive" is a very silly word. One of the funniest things I've read recently is a fanfic (In The Murderbot Diaries fandom; don't let the name distress you, Murderbot's a sweetheart. Swears a lot while it's rescuing you, though.) in which a far-future Tiktok teenager realizes he needs to save his nonverbal little brother from their Mom and runs away with him to the not-Utopia-but-better-than-where-he-was planet where Murderbot keeps its humans, but can't shake the culture he came from. His brother is thriving and he's still judging his peers by irrelevant standards and speaking in euphemisms. When he meets Murderbot he mistakes it for a "serial unaliver." You know he's finally adjusting when he calls somebody an asshole.

Anyway, I always find it funny when my sims dive into the bed to woohoo in their PJs, or in swimsuits, and wake up in their underwear. Do you keep that stuff under your pillow? Where'd the other clothes go? And didn't the sheets get wet when you went straight from the hot tub to the bed?

Ugly is in the heart of the beholder.

^ I've used the word censor on my website to correct some image links after the host I used decided on a whim to change up the address on multiple images, or for correcting links all over the site when I was a bit too lazy to double check every single page. Kinda useful for such things.

But for censoring words? Nah.
If it's bad enough language or over-the-top swearing and such, people will get called out on it. Besides, people only seem to get more creative when there's a censor filter, and not in a positive way.

Personally, I don't quite see the point of censoring everyday words. Graphic images or very graphic/descriptive text of the smutty or gory kind - sure, not everyone wants that slapped in their face without a warning. But plain, single words?
